MHA Moore and Smalley – Financial Planning Services – Notification of Planned Merger

Within the MHA group, we plan to merge with our sister firm, MHA Caves Wealth, on 1st February 2025, as part of our continued drive to improve our service offering within the MHA business. Our intention from 1st February is to trade as MHA Wealth. This date is subject to the regulatory approvals process that we are currently undertaking to change our regulatory status.

MHA Caves Wealth provide wealth management and stockbroking services, and as you would expect, they are very much aligned with MHA Moore and Smalley, sharing the same values and with a strong focus on client service. MHA Caves Wealth belongs to the same group as MHA Moore and Smalley, with both firms being authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Once combined, we will continue to be directly supervised, regulated and accountable to the FCA.
